We send commercial emails to individuals at our client companies or others with whom we wish to develop or maintain a business relationship, in compliance with applicable marketing laws. Like most organizations, One Contact Center employs customer relationship management (CRM) database technology to manage and track our marketing initiatives. Our CRM databases contain personal data of individuals from our client companies and others with whom we wish to establish or maintain relationships.
