Social Engagement has always been an integral part of our company’s culture, values, and sense of responsibility. Together with our employees, partners and clients, we are able to support sustainable social projects that are designed to help and give back to the community.
We donated PPE like masks to local hospitals as part of our response to support our hardworking frontline workers during COVID-19.
Healthcare workers at Holylife Hospital and Mission Medical Plaza were very happy to receive our boxes of masks. As a way of saying thank you for the care, they sent us pictures of their staff wearing these masks with a banner that reads “Thank You One Contact Center.”
Our employees voluntarily donated blood to the Red Cross as part of the company’s pandemic response and as their way to give back to the community. As part of our safe, socially distanced endeavor, our employees arrived at staggered times and followed safe protocols.
COVID, politics, and a lot of other topics dominated the airwaves in 2020. So, for many people, the Christmas season that should be a time for merry was looking more like a time to be wary.
But despite the uncertainties flying around, the meaning of Christmas remains the same.
And here at One Contact Center, we managed to find a way to make 2020 Christmas truly merry and bright for our employees and the local community! Here’s how it went out for us at one of the best outsourcing companies in the world;
With COVID still a thing, businesses the world over had to make do with pared-back celebrations. So there has to be some kind of creativity to celebrating Christmas this year.
At OCC, we delight in doing the small things that matter, and that’s how we’ve been helping our clients make a real difference over the years. Christmas at OCC this year was mainly about gift-giving, as that is the core theme behind the season.
We gave out gifts to our employees!
The Christmas gift bags contain premium ham and queso de bola for all employees on-site in our office. We also sent these packages to other employees who have been working from home since December 12.
They say Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting.
But it becomes even sweeter when you’re giving the gift of Christmas to the people who have given their all to serve our organization and its clients. Our employees deserve the world, and we hope the Christmas season brings them lots of joy and happiness.
We took the OCC Christmas celebration to the streets!
As this season is the season of lending a hand and sharing generosity, we reached out and donated Christmas gifts to the elderly, nuns, and some of the institutions that support our community. Many of these people go without gifts during Christmas. But we want them to know and feel that someone in the community is thinking about them.
We spent the entirety of the 2020 Christmas season sharing and spreading the love of the season with our actions and donations at One Contact Center. It’s important also to mention that we did all of these following safety rules and guidelines especially related to the coronavirus pandemic. This year has been challenging. But not even the coronavirus is going to take Christmas away from us. It was a great time and one that we would remember for years to come.
